| BIOINSECT / BIOLOGICAL INSECTICIDE |
DESCRIPTION:
Bioinsect is a new biological formula based on SPECIFIC PROTEINS produced by strains of Bacillus thuringiensis and obtained by biotechnology.
|
|
During Bacillus thuringiensis esporulation phase, a PARASPORAL BODY named DELTA ENDOTOXIN is formed. This is a crystallized protein with insecticide property which is specific for each genus of insects. B. thruringiensis var. tenebrionis, aizawai, israelensis and kurstaki are included in our product.
MECHANISM OF ACTION:
The entomopathogenic crystallized proteins need to pass for a series of processes which occur in a specific type of insect. These proteins when ingested by larvae are bounded to larva intestinal cellular receptors promoting the formation of pores and hystolisis, consequent intestinal paralysis, food intake cease, vomiting, diarrhoea, total paralysis and death of the larva.
|
This protein is biodegradable so it produces no soil or water contamination.
The addition of adherent and dispersant substances to the diluent fraction gives the product a higher penetration, dispersion and residual power over the aspersed surfaces.
|
 |
|
ADVANTAGES:
- Larval action, eliminating a high percentage of insects
- Effective in controlling chemical insecticides - resistant insects
- No generation of direct or cross resistance with other biological or chemical insecticides
- It can be used in presence of animals
- Biodegradable, no soil or water contamination
|
FORM OF USE:
- Add 100 ml of diluent fraction to a 20 liters knapsack
- Mix well
- Add 100 ml of the biological fraction
- 20 liters can be used to sprinkle 200 m2
- Use water free of chloride and carbonates
- Use clean knapsacks, with no disinfectants of other chemical products
|
APLICATION:
- Apply directly on faeces and surfaces to control beetles and insects respectively
- It can be used directly on birds to control black or red acarus
- Better results are observed after 72 hours of application
